Returns on downloaded software are generally only available in those unusual cases where you have made errors in entering your order or cases of fraud. For this reason, you should download and test example software prior to purchase. However we will examine each and every case individually.

You must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by ThinkData, Inc. Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be made to ThinkData within 30 days of the date ThinkData made the software available to you by e-mail (the "Purchase Date").

2. Products not purchased directly from ThinkData must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

3. You must also destroy all copies of the software and/or the source code you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software and/or the source code. Once you have returned the Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction to ThinkData, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software or any use of the source code or algorithms derived from such source code will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.
