1. Is my payment Secure?

Yes, industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology is used to help ensure security for your online orders. All credit card numbers and order information are protected by SSL technology. You will see a lock appear on your browser when you enter your credit card information assuring you that you are using the secure server.

2. I lost the activation code for my product(s). How can I retrieve this information?

In order to retrieve your product activation code, email support@thinkdata.com requesting the code from the email address you entered when ordering the product. The subject of the message should be "Retrieve Product Code"

3. What is ThinkData's Return Policy?

ThinkData has a "No Return" policy on all products that ship with source code. All sales are final. Returns on downloaded software are generally only available only in those unusual cases where you have made errors in entering your order or cases of fraud. 4. Where can I find support for ThinkData products?

There are links to download documentation for our products through on our main site. All files are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. We also host a forum located at www.thinkdata.com/forum for specific questions about features of our products. The forum is monitored by ThinkData, and we will post responses as quickly as possible. If you have questions not relating to our products, please email support@thinkdata.com with your question.

5. How do I purchase products from ThinkData?

Ordering from ThinkData has been made simple. Choose the item you want and add it to your basket. When you have finished shopping, use the checkout link to pay for your products. You can view your basket at anytime to view items you've chosen or delete items from your basket. ThinkData accepts VISA & MASTERCARD.

You will be sent 3 emails after completing an order. The first is a receipt from ThinkData confirming your purchase. The second is a confirmation from Authorize.net containing your credit card receipt. The third email will again be from ThinkData and will contain the license key(s) for the product(s) you have purchased.

6. How can I remove myself from the mailing list?

Follow the link below and enter your email address. Your address will be deleted from our mailing database. Remove me from the Mailing List
